3. Account and Responsibility
If you register as a Facilitator, Correspondent, or any other contributor:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information.
You agree not to impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
4. Content Submission
By submitting content (news, views, interviews, or media):
You confirm that the content is original or you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions.
You grant Mycolonynews & Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, modify, and distribute the content in any form.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.
We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove content that violates our standards or is deemed inappropriate.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Post false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive material.
Upload or distribute viruses or malicious code.
Violate any laws or third-party rights.
Misuse the name or reputation of Mycolonynews & Co.
6. Independence of Facilitators and Correspondents
All Facilitators and Correspondents are independent contributors. They are not employees or agents of Mycolonynews & Co., and their views do not necessarily represent our official stance. We are not liable for their personal opinions or actions.
7. Advertisement and Revenue Sharing
Revenue earned through advertisements published via the Platform will be shared according to the business model defined separately with the Correspondents and Facilitators. Mycolonynews & Co. reserves the right to revise the terms of this revenue-sharing model with prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (excluding user-submitted content), including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Mycolonynews & Co. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the integrity of the Platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
We strive to maintain a reliable and useful Platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the latest revision will always be mentioned at the top.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Indore, MP], India.
